Core Responsibilities Lead technical development across multiple projects and guide junior developers. Represent the team in client meetings, technical discussions, and project planning sessions. Communicate proactively with clients and internal team members to ensure alignment. Review requirements, propose solutions, and translate business needs into technical tasks.
